Fall Convocation 2026

Convocation is a special time to celebrate your achievements with family and friends, and we look forward to celebrating with you on October 16, 2026!

Graduates: Please confirm your ceremony time on the “Intent to Graduate” page in your Brock Student Portal.

Guest Limits

Due to limited seating in Convocation Hall, and to provide equal opportunity to all graduates attending their ceremony, graduates will be limited to two guests.

It will be mandatory for all graduates and their guests to check-in prior to entering the ceremony.

Guests are encouraged to have the full name and student ID number of the graduate ready to present at the check-in location. All guests are required to be seated at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure they have a seat.

Due to enhanced check-in processes, we recommend all guests arrive to campus 90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure you are seated 30 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Note: Please do not bring large bags, signs or extra items with you to Convocation.

Livestream

Additional friends and family can join the celebration too! All Convocation ceremonies will be livestreamed online at brocku.ca/livestream.

About Convocation

Convocation marks the culmination of your Brock journey. It is a time to recognize your hard work, academic accomplishments, and the experiences that have shaped your university career.

Surrounded by family, friends, faculty, and fellow graduates, you will celebrate this important achievement and your transition from student to Brock alumnus.

Convocation ceremonies are held each year in the spring and fall.

Whether or not you plan to attend your ceremony in-person, you must apply to graduate in order to have your degree awarded. Please review the Graduand Information and other Convocation webpages for important dates, eligibility requirements, and application details.
