Diploma Delivery Information

Graduates who selected the diploma mailing option on their Intent to Graduate application can expect to receive their diploma by courier within approximately two weeks following Convocation. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen shipping delays may occur and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Diplomas are shipped to the most recent mailing address on file in the Brock Student Portal as of September 28, 2026. Graduates who have updated their mailing address after this date, or need to update their mailing address should contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note that address changes made directly in the Brock Student Portal may not be automatically captured prior to diploma shipment.

Most diplomas are shipped by Purolator and require a signature upon delivery. If there are questions or concerns regarding delivery, or if no one is available to sign for the package, Purolator may attempt to contact the graduate directly using the phone number in their Brock Student Portal.

If a signature cannot be obtained at the time of delivery, the diploma will be redirected to the nearest Purolator facility for pickup. Diplomas are typically held for up to five business days before being returned to Brock University.

Graduates whose diplomas are returned to Brock may contact [email protected] to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in this circumstance.

Missed the ceremony, or want to watch it again? Recordings of Brock University’s Fall 2026 Convocation ceremonies are available online and can be viewed at your convenience.

Whether you’re revisiting the moment you crossed the stage or sharing the experience with family and friends who were unable to attend, the ceremony recordings will remain available online following Convocation.

Duplicate Diploma Requests

Graduates who require a duplicate copy of their diploma must submit their request through the Brock Student Portal. Requests made in person or by email are not accepted.

Please note that duplicate diplomas are marked as duplicates. A non-refundable fee applies to all duplicate diploma requests and cannot be refunded if the request is cancelled or if the duplicate diploma is no longer required after the request has been submitted.

Graduates may choose to have their duplicate diploma mailed to a preferred address or arrange to pick it up in person from Brock Central @ The Registrar’s Office. For graduates residing outside of Canada, additional international courier charges may apply. Diplomas cannot be mailed to P.O. box addresses, as a signature is required upon delivery.

Graduating Spring 2027?

Have you submitted your Intent to Graduate application?

All students who wish to have their degree awarded and be recognized at Spring Convocation 2027 must submit an Intent to Graduate application through the Brock Student Portal.

Before applying, students are encouraged to consult with their Academic Advisor if they have questions about graduation requirements or their eligibility to graduate.

Important Dates and Information

The priority deadline to submit an Intent to Graduate application for Spring Convocation 2027 is February 1, 2027.

Applications submitted after February 1 will continue to be accepted; however, a higher application fee applies after the deadline. As space at Spring Convocation is limited, students are strongly encouraged to apply early.

Please note that submitting an Intent to Graduate application does not automatically qualify a student for graduation. All applications are subject to review and approval by the student’s associated Faculty, and by the Office of the Registrar and Enrolment Services to confirm that degree requirements have been met.

After submitting an application, students should continue to monitor their graduation application status through the Brock Student Portal. Questions regarding application status, eligibility, or the graduation review process may be directed to [email protected].
