Community Building

Over the course of the day, emphasis will be on building interdependence as group commonalities, trustworthiness, group norms and communication skills are developed. - High Ropes or Rock Climbing included
 

Day program schedule includes:

  • Orientation and goal setting
  • De-inhibitizers and cooperative games
  • Innovative problem solving challenges
  • Culminating event (i.e. high ropes or climbing tower)
  • Reflection and transfer back to the classroom
