For the working professional, affording time to get to the gym can be an ambitious undertaking on its own… getting an effective workout in is often a whole other story! In this workshop, certified personal training staff at The Zone will introduce you to the ins and outs of circuit training. They'll help you to understand how to structure your exercise routine in a way that is both time-efficient AND effective. Participants will learn some great exercise ideas, get to know what works for them, and have the confidence moving forward, to know that they can make exercise a part of their day! Athletic attire is a must.

Drumfit is a fun and challenging workout for people of all fitness levels. During this session, you will have the opportunity to try a drumfit exercise class which involves choreographed movements using a set of drumsticks and a stability ball. You will get sweaty and have a lot of laughs as you get fit and let your inner rock star out! Be prepared with running shoes and workout clothes.
