Faculty and Staff

This program is about sustainability (environmental, social, economic), and its application to tourism and environmental issues. Our graduates have many career options, for example in tourism administration, environmental management, economic development, or planning, in local organizations, corporations, or government agencies. Interactive seminars, field experiences, lectures, applied projects, and independent research are all part of our program. Students can earn credits by taking field courses here in Niagara, elsewhere in Canada, or in other fascinating locations around the world, like Peru, Thailand, Cuba, and Brazil. You may also take advantage of Brock’s exchange programs with universities in New Zealand, Korea, Australia, Finland, the UK, Argentina, and many other countries around the world, and can combine your BA in Tourism and Environment with a Minor in International Studies. A Minor in Tourism and a Minor in Environment are available options for students in other programs.
