Frances Owen is a psychologist interested in the relationship between organizational systems and clinical practice, and issues related to mental health promotion and intervention in children, youth, adults and families . She has professional experience in children’s mental health, developmental services and schools. Her research focuses human rights and community engagement of persons with intellectual disabilities, deinstitutionalization, inter-organizational and interdisciplinary partnerships in community services.
