What is Mindful Transitions?

Mindful Transitions is a program that is designed specifically for our incoming first-year students with a diagnosed and documented disability. Challenges faced by students making the transition to post-secondary are numerous; however, our programming has been designed to facilitate a smooth transition to university life, providing key information on services and skills that are most relevant to becoming a successful student at the post-secondary level.

Please note that the application requires submission of appropriate documentation. Please see for our Documentation Guidelines.
