The 30% Off Ontario Tuition Program

The 30% Off Ontario Tuition Program

The 30% off Ontario Tuition program grants eligible full-time undergraduate students in Ontario a credit equivalent to 30% of the average college or university tuition costs. The grant will pay up to $1,680 per fall/winter session at Brock.

You're eligible if:

a) You are a full-time student at Brock in an undergraduate program. Teacher education students, graduate students, and post-graduate certificate students, are not eligible.

b) It has been less than four years since you've left high school. (If you have a recognized permanent disability, you may receive the grant up to six years after completion of high school.)

c) You are a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident or a protected person, and are an Ontario resident.

d) Your parents' gross income as reported on their 2011 tax return was $160,000 or less.

If you have applied for OSAP this year, you don't need to apply for the program. Your eligibility will be calculated automatically, and your grant will be deposited in your bank account via direct deposit, using the banking information you submitted when you processed your OSAP funding.

If you did not apply for OSAP this year, you can fill out a simple, short application form available on the Ontario.ca website.

To apply, you’ll need three things:
• your Social Insurance Number
• your parent(s)’ Social Insurance Number(s)
• information from Line 150 in your parent(s)’ 2011 Canadian Income Tax Return(s).

To complete the application:
• Go to ontario.ca/30off
• Register for an OSAP Access Number
• Submit the online application form
• Print the two signature pages — one for you and one for your parents.
