#1: PRINTMAKING EXPLORATION:
Experiments with Collage & Mixed Media

Instructor: Emily Anderson
Create interesting artwork as we explore a variety of art materials. .Begin by experiencing printmaking, through mono prints, GELLI plate prints and linoleum carving. Then learn to incorporate everyday materials in new and exciting ways. We will also experiment with how to use collaged elements and mixed media techniques to add interest to our prints and other artwork.

Saturdays, January 9 to February 6, 3 to 4:30 pm
Register by: Wednesday, January 6, 12 noon
$85 | $75 members (HST exempt) per session or
$155 | $130 members (HST exempt) for both sessions (#1&2)

#2: CREATIVE PAINTING & DRAWING

Instructor: Emily Anderson
Love to paint and create art that is one-of-a-kind? In this class budding artists learn how to turn their sketches and scribbles into beautiful works of art just like their favourite artists. Different drawing and painting materials will be explored as you learn how to mix paint, compose a picture, experiment with brush strokes and choose colours to bring your ideas to life. Then use your creativity to explore your own one-of-a-kind creation.

Saturdays, April 2 to May 7, (no class April 30), 3 to 4:30 pm
Register by: Tuesday, March 29, 12 noon
$85 | $75 members (HST exempt) per session or
