Primary Event Organizer Contract

I, hereby agree to act as the Primary Event Organizer on January February March April May June July August September October November December 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 39 30 31 2013201420152016 for the 's .

I am fully aware that:

1. I will be responsible for organizing the event
2. I will ensure that the planning of the event complies with risk management procedures and the Brock University alcohol policy.
3. I will ensure that the rules/procedures for the event are posted for all participants to read.
4. I will ensure that I will have the waivers for all participants into the possession of the Student Conduct and Activities Officer 24 hours before the event.
5. I will ensure that every event monitor is aware of their responsibilities.
6. I will complete a detailed Student Event Incident Report and submit a copy to the Student Conduct and Activities Officer (ST 400) within one working day of the incident.
7. I will ensure the event will not compromise the dignity or general well being of participants
8. I am responsible to ensure that all advertising will be consistent with the information I submit on the Student Event Proposal.
9. I will return the event venue to the original state that I received it in.
10. I am accountable to the Secondary Approval body, Student Conduct and Activities Officer , Director of the Student Development Centre, and ultimately, to the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs.
11. If I break the Alcohol Policy or the Risk Management Procedures, I will be in violation of the Student Code of Conduct.

I AGREE TO UPHOLD ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PRIMARY EVENT ORGANIZER AND AGREE NOT TO CONSUME ANY ALCOHOL ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT UNTIL THE EVENT ENDS AND ALL THE PARTICIPANTS HAVE SAFELY DISPERSED.
