Important Dates For 2014-15
Registrar's Office begins to mail out offers of admission to incoming applicants (non-Brock students) with residence application information.
*NOTE: Indicating interest in Residence on your OUAC application does not mean you have applied for residence. There is a separate application process for residence. You should complete and submit our on-line application which you will be able to access via the residences home page. It should go live in mid-February.
This is the first date that we will accept payment of the $600 residence deposit.
If you have money in an RESP, make enquiries about how long it will take to get the money out. Some companies require quite a lot of notice of withdrawal.
Deadline for receipt of online residence application and $600 deposit.
Department of Residences e-mails residence building and room offers to successful applicants. Those not offered a spot at this time will have their name put on a waiting list and will be informed of their position on that list. They will also receive details of off-campus housing options.
Deadline for receipt of first instalment payment. Fees can be viewed on the Residence Fees Page.
Sunday, August 31 is Move In Day.
Residence "roll call" for any available beds.
Final payment for residence is due.
Fall Reading Week
Monday, October 13 (Thanksgiving Day) to Friday, October 17.
Spring Reading Week
Monday, February 16 to Friday, February 20.
Good Friday, April 3 - Easter Sunday, April 6: if you are going home this weekend, why not take some things that you don't need with you so that you have a lighter load when you leave in April.
Students are required to move out of residence by no later than 12 noon on the day following their last exam in April. The very last date/time that a student can move out of residence is April 23 at 12 noon.
