Brock businesses in preparation

Brock is a hub for entrepreneurship, Brock faculty and students have been responsible for the formation of a number of companies now operating in the Niagara region. New business ideas and business plans are being developed, some of these opportunities generate revenue prior to company formation. As part of our spinout process, we work with our Goodman School of Business, who help develop the business plan, in addition we work with business mentors, who offer support to the team and often bring valuable commercial experience. Business mentors may decide to leave the venture once the company is formed, alternatively the business and the mentor may agree a longer term relationship.
