Convocation

Application to Graduate form is available from the Graduate Studies website www.brocku.ca/gradstudies/forms

Convocation dates for MEd students for the 2006-07 academic year are:

Spring Convocation - Monday, June 5, 2006

Application to Graduate at Spring Convocation is due February 1. In order to be eligible to graduate, the final proofread copy of the project or thesis must be submitted to the Faculty of Education no later than April 7, 2006. If students do not meet the requirements or deadline date, the Application for Graduate will be carried forward to the next Convocation date. There is no additional fee payment. Please notify the Office of Graduate Studies of any changes to the Application for Graduation form on file.

Fall Convocation - Friday, October 20 and Saturday, October 21, 2006

Application to Graduate at Fall Convocation is due July 1, 2006. In order to be eligible to graduate, the final proofread copy of the project or thesis must be submitted to the Faculty of Education no later than September 1, 2006. If students do not meet the requirements or deadline date, the Application for Graduate will be carried forward to the next Convocation date. There is no additional fee payment. Please notify the Office of Graduate Studies of any changes to the Application for Graduation form on file.
