||Issues and problems pertaining to administration and operation of the Canadian criminal justice system. The social contruction of law and role of the courts, problematics of policing and enforcement, crime and criminalization, issues in punishment and imprisonment. The administration of justice as a social and political process that reacts to but also amplifies social problems.
