Course Title	Sedimentology
Description	Basic clastic sedimentology (grain size, shape, porosity/permeability, fabric) including fundamentals of unidirectional and oscillatory water flows, sediment transport under such flows and resulting sedimentary structures. Clastic rock classification.
Course Format	Lectures, lab, 5 hours per week.
Prerequisite(s)	ERSC 1F01 or GEOG 1F91.
Exclusions	Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in GEOG 2P16.
