Course Title	Research Methods in Economics
Description	Locating economic data and published research, planning the project and defining a hypothesis, reasoning and argument in economics, uses and abuses of theory and quantitative methods, selection of appropriate methods, presentation of the findings.
Course Format	Lectures, seminar, lab, 4 hours per week.
Restrictions	open to ECON (single or combined), ECAN, BBE and ENEC majors.
Prerequisite(s)	ECON 2P21 or 2P23; ECON 2P22; ECON 2P90 or 2P91.
Exclusions	Completion of this course will replace previous assigned grade and credit obtained in ECON 2P92.
