Course Title	Quantitative Research Methods in Child and Youth Studies
Description	Data screening and descriptive statistics, univariate procedures for correlation and group comparison, multiple regression, data assumptions and statistical software application, including data management and interpretation of results.
Course Format	Lectures, tutorial, 3 hours per week.
Restrictions	open to CHYS (single or combined) and CHYS BA (Honours)/BEd (Primary/Junior) majors with a minimum of 8.0 overall credits.
Prerequisite(s)	CHYS 2P10 (2F10); one of CHYS 2F50, GEOG 2P10 and 2P12, PSYC 2F23, SOCI 2P00 (2P13) and 2P11.
