Withdrawing from Courses
BEFORE THE REGISTRATION CLOSE DATES, withdrawals must be done via the WEB at my.brocku.ca They are not subject to any changes and will not appear on the student’s official transcript.
 
Term Date Registration Closes
 Spring Session (D5)  May 4, 2013
 Fall Term (D5)  September 20, 2013
 Winter Term (D6)  January 17, 2014

AFTER THE REGISTRATION CLOSE DATES, withdrawals must be done in writing via the Course Add/Withdrawal Form and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Withdrawals are subject to charges and will appear on the student’s official transcript. A credit will be calculated based on the date written notification of withdrawal was received as noted in the Withdrawal Credit Chart below. Any credit is applied to your account. Schedule posted by the Finance Office.

Last day to Withdraw from a Course without Academic Penalty

Spring (D5) courses    -    June 25, 2013
Fall (D5) courses    -    November 11, 2013
Winter (D6) courses     -     March 10, 2014
 
Failure to officially withdraw by the above date will result in the appearance of a “Failed” (F) designation on the student’s academic record.
