Payment of Fees

 
For Canadian citizens and permanent residents the fee is $1050 per credit.

Invoices will not be mailed. Fees should be checked via the student portal (my.brocku.ca). It is the student's responsibility to pay fees in full by the payment deadline indicated.

All other inquiries regarding your financial account and fees should be directed to the University's Financial & Administration Office.

Students are academically and financially responsible for all courses registered and fees incurred, unless they formally withdraw. Consult the Withdrawals section of the guide for more information.

Tax Information

The tuition tax receipt is now available on the Brock website. It can be accessed through my.brocku.ca and going to Student Self Services, Tax Certificate. The form is available as a PDF for printing purposes. Students are responsible for accessing and printing their own tax certificates. Tax certificates will not mailed to students.

Please note:

  • a Full-time student is defined as: (a) a student enrolled in three or more credits over the Fall/Winter Session; (b) a student enrolled in three credits over the Spring and Summer Sessions;
  • a Part-time student is defined as: a) a student enrolled in less than three credits over the Fall/Winter Session; (b) a student enrolled in less than three credits over the Spring and Summer Sessions.

Late Fees

A $50. late registration fee will be charged on initial registration made after the start of session. The late registration fee changes to $100. after May 21 (approximate date) for the Spring session, November 1 for the Fall session and February 1 for the Winter session. Any courses added after the registration close dates must be done in writing or via a Course Add/Withdrawal Form; otherwise, registration cannot be processed.
