Where do I go when I arrive and where do I pick up my gown and hood?
You should arrive by 8:30 a.m. and no later than 9:30 a.m. for the morning ceremony or by 12:45 p.m. and no later than 1:30 p.m. for the afternoon ceremony. Upon arrival, please proceed to the Bob Davis gymnasium, Walker Complex, where you will pick up a Regalia ticket to be outfitted with a gown and hood and we will provide you with additional information regarding the ceremony. There is no cost for the rental of your gown and hood, however, if you don't return it, you will be charged a replacement fee.
Tickets are not required for the ceremony. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is no limitation on the number of guests that graduates can invite.
The Convocation ceremony is approximately two hours long.
Will there be flowers, rings, Brock memorabilia, diploma frames and gifts available on-site at Convocation?
You have enough on your mind on grad day, don't stress-out with last minute details. The Brock Campus Store will be set up in the Walker Complex for Convocation to help you with all your convocation needs. Pre-order your Diploma frames and jump to the front of the line to pick them up after the ceremony. More information on pre-ording a diploma frame can be found on the Campus Store webpage at:

- On stage
A professional photographer from CanGrad Studios will photograph each student on stage. A proof of the photograph will be sent to the student's mailing address listed under the student portal. You can contact CanGrad Studios to order additional prints by visiting their website at www.cangrad.com

Class composites are handled through the Brock University Student Union. Please direct your questions to their office at 905 688 5550, x3568 or via the website www.brockgrads.ca

Coats and Handbags
You may not carry anything with you during the Convocation ceremony itself. Coats and handbags may be left where you receive your gown; staff will remain on duty during the ceremony to ensure the safekeeping of your belongings.
Parking is free for the ceremonies; please follow the signs. For directions to the campus please visit brocku.ca/directions. Special Needs parking is available in all lots. Please check our website before your arrival for any updates to parking or construction on campus.
Will there be a celebration following the ceremony?
Yes, immediately following the ceremony, there will be a celebration on the grounds behind the Walker Complex. Everyone is invited and there is no charge!
