Aquatics Staff: Lifeguard/Instructor

On either of the above dates, meet in the pool balcony area and bring with you your qualifications, SIN, resume with two references, and work availability; your academic class schedule and a pen will aid in completing the application form. Please view the following info sheet for details:

Include with your application form a resume and:

1. All copy of all current LSS awards/qualifications. For Lifesaving Society awards, simply hand in an up-to-date print-out from LSS website to prove qualifications. (Go to LSS Ontario "Find a Member - Check your qualifications" web page. You will need your LSS ID number.) For all other awards (i.e. Red Cross), you will need to show the original certification card (no photocopies).
2. Two reference names with address and phone number.

Required Qualifications for Brock Lifeguards:

• NLS (National Lifeguard)
• LSS Swim-for-Life Instructor
• LSS Instructor (Bronze Medallion/Cross)
• Standard First Aid & CPR-C
