Welcome Desk

The Welcome desk is located on the upper floor in the Walker Complex. This is our registration centre for aquatics and campus recreation programs, memberships, and customer service information regarding programs and facilities.

Winter Hours (Jan. 2 - April 26)

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 8:30 pm

Saturday, 8 am - 3:30 pm

Sunday, 11 am - 3 pm

*The Welcome Desk will be CLOSED on Family Day, Feb. 18.

Central Equipment Room ("The Cage")

The Central Equipment Room is located on the lower floor of the Walker Complex outside the changerooms. It is the hub of operation of the Walker Complex. Show your membership card here each time you work out, borrow/rent equipment, book a court, ask a question, buy a day pass! "The Cage" is staffed at all times when the Walker Complex facilities are open (including 10 minutes prior). Even when the Welcome Desk is closed, you can pay your public swimming fees here and get your pool wristband.
