Child & Youth Programs
FIT Kids
An introduction to a variety of physical activity in a safe and fun environment. A certified personal trainer will guide your child through age-appropriate training regimens utilizing Brock's Fitness Centre (The Zone), track, and studio space.
Ages 10-12
4 classes, Saturdays, 10 am-12 noon
- Course #2 starts Mar. 2
FIT Teens
Take the fundametal movement and exercise skills that you developed at a younger age, and use them as a base for teen-appropriate exercise. A variety of strength, speed, cardio, and agility challenges foster a fun and encouraging exercise environment.
Ages 13-14
4 classes, Saturdays, 12 noon-2 pm

Aquatic Programs for Children
Lifesaving Society swimming lessons (Pre-School to Swimmer 6), Canadian Swim Patrol, Bronze Medallion/Cross, First Aid, Learn to Dive, Synchronized Swimming, Competitive Swimming (Olympic Way & Teen Competitive Skills), Snorkeling, Junior Lifeguard Club.
