Teen Programs (ages 10-16)

The Brock pool will be closed April 1st - August, 2013 for maintenance. First Aid/CPR - Courses will be offered over the Spring & Summer. Fall Swim Registration: Saturday, August 16th, 9am-12nn.

The Teen 1, 2 and 3 program is for beginners (10-16 yrs) who may be just starting out or swimmers who just want help with their strokes. Within the Teen curriculum, participants set their own goals to develop water confidence and smooth recognizable strokes. Water Smart® education is a part of all levels.

This curriculum at-a-glance chart outlines all the skills in the Teen Swimmer program.
