Yoga

We are now offering six different yoga programs taught by instructors who are certified in every style.

Enrol in one or more of the 8-week yoga programs or purchase a 4-week all-access pass which allows you unlimited access to try out all the different yoga programs.

5 km Run Clinic

A personal trainer will help you develop a training program and guide you through various techniques. Classes include an information session and a run outdoors or on the indoor track.

Information sessions include: program design, goal-setting, stride, breathing, hydration/nutrition, injury prevention, stretching, running attire.

Zumba

Party yourself into shape with the hottest trend in fitness. This Latin-inspired class is fun and easy to follow and will get you the results you want!

Section #1 starts the week of Jan. 21 (no classes Feb. 18-22)
Section #2 starts the week of Mar. 4

Each courses consists of five 50-minute classes:

  • Course #1 Mon., 3-3:50 pm
  • Course #2 Tues., 2-2:50 pm
  • Course #3 Wed., 3-3:50 pm
  • Course #4 Thu., 2-2:50 pm
  • Course #5 Fri., 11-11:50 am

TRX Xtreme Fit

Are you a fitness addict? TRX suspension training, high-intensity resistance training, and bodyweight exercise circuits have been combined to provide the ultimate fitness class. Note: Egos are welcome, but will likely be damaged.
