The following XpressFit classes are held in the Fitness Studio and are included for all Brock students or for members who hold a Zone membership. If you do not have a Zone membership you can purchase a seasonal Fitness Class Pass which allows you to access all fitness classes. Each class is 40 minutes in length.

Step Into Shape
An aboslute classic! Aerobic fitness in a fun and challenging setting using aerobic steps.
Body Blast Mini Bootcamp
Circuit training on a tight schedule. Intense circuits for the full body.
Full Body Fit
Full body group fitness delivered in a well-rounded complete routine.
Call of Booty
Lower body training to get those legs ready to move your body wherever you want to take it.
Tank Top Toner
Upper body only for those who really want to feel that pump.
Short bursts of 20-second, high intensity exercise, followed by 10-second rest periods are repeated 8 times to create 4-minute tabata intervals. Full body work-out.
The De-Stress Stretch
Forty minutes may be a little short for a yoga class, but it is just long enough to limber you up and give your body the flexibility improvements that you are looking for.
