University Social Media Strategy Form

If you are a Brock faculty or staff member who wishes to establish and maintain an official social media presence on behalf of the University, completing this form will help you develop a strategy for best results.

Objectives - What do you plan to achieve with social media?

Target Audience - Who are trying to reach?

Ideally, sites should be monitored and updated at least once a week.

Measuring Success - When and how will you evaluate the success of your site?

Set a timeline for when you will conduct an evaluation of your site’s success, using the goals and measures identified above. At that time, be prepared to realign your site’s content. Ongoing evaluation should also be part of your strategy. Define your timeline.
