Brock's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture Institute (CCOVI) has established itself as a successful, internationally recognized research institute on cool climate viticulture, oenology, wine business and wine culture.
Continuing Education
CCOVI is known as the institution of choice when looking for quality continuing education. Different programs are available to enhance wine knowledge for a wide variety of participants, from Wine Appreciation courses to the Wine & Spirit Education Trust®, the most highly respected wine certification in the industry.
Outreach Services
CCOVI is dedicated to offering innovative outreach services to the grape and wine community. In consultation with the industry, the Institute is continually developing new outreach programs. Whether it be industry sponsored conferences, workshops, lecture series or analytical services, CCOVI advances technology and information transfer throughout the industry.
