Who We Are and What We Do!

The Brock University Mail Services Department is staffed by four full time employees: Steve Anderson, Dan Katolinsky, Lucie Picard, and Vera Terpak, along with Supervisor Kevin Lawr.  The items we deliver include:

• Canada Post mail and packages
• Courier and freight shipments
• IUTS mail and packages
• Internal mail and packages beween departments.

The mail services staff is also responsible for the sending of all of the University's outgoing Canada Post lettermail and parcels, all U.S. and International lettermail, registered mail items, and Priority Courier shipments.

Our Goal

The goal of the mail services department is to provide timely delivery and processing of mail for the University. We pride ourselves on providing quick and accurate answers to customer mailing inquiries.

We're Open:

Weekdays 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

The mail room is unoccupied when staff members are on their delivery routes.  Your mail can be placed in the convenient drop box, located outside the mailroom during delivery times.  If you require assistance during these times, Central Receiving staff are available.
