The ITS Student Support Desk is located in the Computer Commons in Scotiabank Hall. Phone and walk-in support is available during regular hours of the Computer Commons.
Please note that the student advisors are not responsible for assisting with class work and assignments. Instructors and/or teaching assistants should be contacted with regards to this.
We can assist with:
|General Computer Lab Support||Assist with lab computers, basic software support, and printing issues|
|Residence Cable TV||Reporting of issues|
|Residence Network||Assist with connection and troubleshooting|
|Residence Telephone||General voicemail support and reporting of issues|
|Sakai Support||General user support|
|Student Password Assistance||Reset and activation|
|Wireless Support||Assist with connecting to Brock's wireless network|
Any issues that cannot be resolved will be submitted to the ITS Request system and promoted to a higher support level.
