Request For Support:
Please complete the IT Help online form (look for the cat with the mouse icon!) to the right to create a "Service Ticket" that will allow us to note immediately your request for assistance and track it through to completion. Resolution of routine (non-emergency) requests for support will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
For EMERGENCY Support:
Please Note: that "emergency" is, as an example, the complete lack of function of an office computer or laptop needed for the accessing teaching materials. Problems not confirmed as emergencies will be assigned a Service Ticket and placed in the regular queue for assistance.
For Information and Advice:
While requests for information or advice via e-mail (preferred) or drop-in to WC 204 will be rendered wherever possible. Please understand that direct assistance matters must be bound by the IT ticket system.
