Request For Support:
Please complete the IT Help online form to create a "Service Ticket" that will allow us to note immediately your request for assistance and track it through to completion. Resolution of routine (non-emergency) requests for support will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
For Information and Advice:
While requests for information or advice via e-mail (preferred) or drop-in to WC 204 will be rendered wherever possible. Please understand that direct assistance matters must be bound by the IT ticket system.
