Brock bookstore going pink
Brock’s campus store is going pink this week as part of a national fundraiser for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF).
The bookstore is selling "Save the Ta-Ta's” T-shirts Oct. 1 to raise money to support breast cancer research. Brock is one of 22 participating universities. Others include University of Toronto, University of Manitoba and University of Waterloo.
The fundraiser will not only raise research dollars, but will “share breast health knowledge with university students,” says Mark Hierlihy, Director of Development, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.
The T-shirts retail for $16.99.
