Aboriginal Student Services

Welcome to Aboriginal Student Services (AbSS)

 

Aboriginal Student Services is one of seven services provided through the Student Development Centre to help students enhance their academic, personal, social and spiritual life at Brock.

 

We work closely with Aboriginal community partners to enhance success for both current and prospective students.

 
Our goal is to help all Aboriginal students, including First Nations, Métis, and Inuit, make the transition to the Brock University community. We recognize that the transition may be difficult due to differing cultures and perspectives. We offer social and academic support in a culturally sensitive manner and encourage Aboriginal students to maintain cultural identity within the University setting.
