The Trillium Program (Learn to Synchro)
As a ten-level graduated skill development program, this thorough, well-balanced synchronized swimming program is led by trained, certified staff. In addition to learning fun synchro skills, it supports learn-to-swim programs, brings music to the pool deck and adds creativity to the aquatic environment. As early as level one, participants begin linking their swimming and synchro skills together with music creating fun sequences! As the participants move through the levels, they are challenged with new and more difficult skills and can create longer and more complex sequences or routines.
Brock Niagara Synchro Pre-Competitive
Brock Niagara’s Synchro’s Recreational program is a great introduction to a unique and challenging sport. The focus of the program is to build strong basic synchro skills in a team environment while having fun. The program provides physical and artistic challenges, preparing the swimmer for participation on a competitive team in the future. The Recreational team will learn a choreographed routine for presentation at our year end water show and Recreational Meets.
Prerequisite: minimum Synchro Swim Level 1 completed
Brock Niagara Synchro Competitive Team
Synchronized swimming is an incredible sport that provides swimmers with many unique skills and opportunities. The sport is able to provide life lessons and experiences to women of all ages. Our coaches are committed to developing both the athlete and individual. Our athletes learn how to live a healthy, active lifestyle through exercise and education about nutrition. We develop flexibility, strength, stamina and grace in our athletes. Being a part of a competitive sport allows individuals to learn how to set goals and build confidence. As members of a team, the swimmers learn about commitment, pride and the importance of teamwork. At Brock Niagara Synchro we build more than teammates, we build friendships.
