Audio Visual Services
Audio Visual Services is a branch of Client Services in I.T.S. and is responsible for providing audio visual equipment to all teaching spaces on campus. Please note that we require 24 business hours notice when booking equipment for your class via telephone. Your requests can be made in person in Thistle West 235 or by phone at extension 3588. On-line requests can be made 48 business hours in advance. All Audio Visual Bookings are subject to equipment availability.

For your multimedia presentations at Brock, we can supply:
- Overhead projectors
- 35mm slide projectors
- Computer and video projection systems
- Cassette tape, and record players
- Public address systems
- Dubbing of copyright-free international format video cassettes and DVD's
Please be aware, at present we do not deliver computer projection equipment to any of the seminar rooms on campus.

There is a pickup service available to faculty and teaching assistants for projection equipment in seminar rooms.
This service is only available on the main campus (St. Catharines campus).
Below are the policies for this service. One policy refers to the LCD TV Cart configuration. The other policy is for bagged equipment available for sign out from our office at Thistle 235 West. There are limited numbers of equipment sets available for pickup and sign out, so please book as far in advance as possible, with 48 business hour minimum.
