<p>We are now offering six different yoga programs taught by instructors who are certified in every style.</p><p>Enrol in one or more of the 8-week yoga programs or purchase a 4-week all-access pass which allows you unlimited access to try out all the different yoga programs.</p><p><a href="/recreation-services/activities-and-courses/interest-courses/yoga">Visit the Yoga page</a> for a description of each class with prices, times, and start dates.</p>

<p>A personal trainer will help you develop a training program and guide you through various techniques. Classes include an information session and a run outdoors or on the indoor track.</p><p>Information sessions include: program design, goal-setting, stride, breathing, hydration/nutrition, injury prevention, stretching, running attire.</p>

<p>Party yourself into shape with the hottest trend in fitness. <p>Are you a fitness addict? TRX suspension training, high-intensity resistance training, and bodyweight exercise circuits have been combined to provide the ultimate fitness class. <p>Dance classes are a fun and popular activity for those of all ages. Learn those moves you've always wanted to!</p><p>Hip hop, Swing, Latin, Ballroom and Zumba are some of the dance classes offered.
