If there is space available and there is no new demand for housing from other students there is one further option available:
The “consolidated-single” fee will be calculated on a pro-rated basis until the end of the term and will be the same as the single rate for each style of residence.
The Department of Residences reserves the right to reassign students to an alternate double room if there is a demand for “consolidated-singles” and the student is alone in a double room and has chosen not to pay the “consolidated-single” rate.
