Brock Dining Services won double gold and grand prize for catering at the 2011 Horton Dining Award from NACUFS(National Association of College and University Food Services) for their Catering Department and The Guernsey Market.
In total, 141 US and Canadian dining institutions entered the contest and Brock Dining Services received top honours in the medium-sized school category of “Catering — Special Event” & "Residental Dining - Marketplace Concept". Brock’s entry was judged in the areas of menu selection, event merchandising and food presentation, marketing strategy and financial impact.
