When and where to arrive
Graduates should arrive 60-90 minutes prior to the ceremony start time at the Bob Davis gymnasium for gowning. The ceremonies are held in the Ian Beddis gymnasium, Walker Complex. The morning ceremony is at 10 am and the afternoon ceremony is at 2 pm. The graduates begin marching in at 9:40 am and 1:40 pm. Your guests MUST be seated 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony.
Gown and hood pick-up
Your gown and hood are loaned to you at the ceremony. It is not necessary to reserve a gown and there is no fee required. Please pick up your gown and hood in the Bob Davis gymnasium, Walker Complex. Please note that academic regalia (gown, hood, honour cord) not returned will incur a replacement cost.
Tickets are not required. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please ask your guests to be seated 30 minutes before the ceremony. The graduand procession begins 20 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.
Flowers, diploma frames, and memorabilia
You have enough on your mind on grad day, don't stress-out with last minute details. The Brock Campus Store will be set up in the Walker Complex for Convocation to help you with all your convocation needs. Pre-order your Diploma frames and jump to the front of the line to pick them up after the ceremony. More information on pre-ording a diploma frame can be found on the Campus Store webpage at:
