Office of Research Services

Brock University is designed for the very purpose of developing well-rounded human beings. A place that not only recognizes but nurtures both sides of the brain.

Nowhere is that more evident than in the area of RESEARCH.

Brock’s researchers are faculty and students engaged in vital investigations that will have an economic, social and cultural impact here in Niagara, in Canada and around the globe.

The Office of Research Services brings together a multitude of services to support this culture rooted in pervasive research and creative activity, first and foremost by assisting the researchers with advice and administrative support, including application processes and financial management. Besides the ongoing development and implementation of research policies and procedures, ORS also works to foster close collaborations with industrial partners and liaises with national granting councils and provincial agencies in the negotiation of research contracts.

We also work to raise the profile of research in all Faculties and increase the number of international research and development projects led by Brock researchers.
