Symposium showcases work of Humanities faculty

The Humanities Research Institute is providing a portal into all it does with its fall term symposium on Thursday.

Called From Ports to Portals, the symposium on Dec. 13 is a showcase of research and creative activities by Humanities faculty, with presentations divided between two sessions that include a question and discussion period.

New this year, the symposium will also include a presentation by a graduate student.

Portable ports in ancient Greece, migrant workers, and digital resources and university libraries are just some of the topics on the symposium bill.
