Open Access Publishing Fund

As an educational initiative to encourage open access publishing [2] the Brock University Library established a Grant opportunity in 2011-12 [3] and has renewed it for 2012-13.  Open access resources are free, unrestricted, digital materials available to anyone via the Internet.
