Dr. Brian Roy appointed to International Dragon Boat Federation Medical & Sport Sciences Commission.

In early August Brian Roy (Department of Kinesiology) attended the World Dragon Boat Championships in Tampa Florida (Aug. 1-6), as part of the Dragon Boat Canada Delegation.

Dragon Boat Canada is the official governing body for the sport of dragon boat racing in Canada, and is recognized as such, internationally, by the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF).

During this Championship meet, Dr. Brian Roy was appointed to the International Dragon Boat Federation Medical and Sport Sciences Commission.
