An event for foodies and oenophiles, Niagara region’s finest chefs, including Erik Peacock of Wellington Court, will personally prepare extensive and succulent offerings, each fully complemented with a wine selection from one of Niagara’s premier wineries.
Whether you are a fan of Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir, wines accentuate and highlight the flavours of food; pairing the two creates a tantalizing experience. As you enjoy the creative work of local chefs and wineries, take a moment to admire the work of local artists during the 11th anniversary of Fine Food, Fine Wine, Fine Art.
This event is a collaboration between Brock University and the Niagara community. The featured wineries are affiliated with the school, and many of the winemakers are Brock graduates. All of the chefs use local ingredients to bring you some of the freshest food the Niagara region has to offer.
