Interruption of Normal Operations Policy

In accordance with the University's Inclement Weather Policy, if the University is closed due to inclement weather, Student Health Services will also be closed.

How do I know if the University is closed?

• Closures will be announced on local radio stations
• Closures will be posted on Brock's homepage and portal

When will I know if the University/Student Health Services is closed?

• In the event the University is closing for the day, the University will make every effort to announce the closure by 7:00 a.m.
• In the event the University is closing for the evening, the University will make every effort to announce the closure by 3:00 p.m.

What should I do if I have an appointment at Student Health Services and the University/Student Health Services closes?

• If the University/Student Health Services closes, all appointments are considered cancelled.  Please call to reschedule your appointment when The University/Student Health Services has re-opened.
