The Curatorial Committee reviews all submissions on a regular basis and endeavours to inform the artist of its decision within three months of the submission. Please note that Rodman Hall is planning exhibitions at least two years in advance.
Proposals in all media are welcome and should generally include a Curriculum Vitae, including all current contact information; an artist's statement; visual representation of the artwork (ie. 10-15 images with an image list, CD-ROM or DVD and/or URLs for Internet-based works); and any additional support material such as critical reviews and catalogues.
Submissions should be sent to the attention of:
Marcie Bronson, Curator of Art
Rodman Hall Art Centre/Brock University
109 St. Paul Crescent

Please note that although all submissions will be treated with care, Rodman Hall assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to submission material. Please do not submit original artwork. If you would like your support material to be returned to you, please include a self-addressed and stamped return envelope.
