It's back, and it will be boooooo-tiful!
Brock's United Way committee is throwing down the gauntlet to all academic/administrative departments and student groups to participate in the Halloween Decorating Challenge on Friday, Oct. 29.
Decorate. Dress up in the theme of your choice. There are no guidelines this year — just use your creativity.
Pick your most creative, diverse, exciting theme, and get your colleagues/friends/associates to run with it. Do you have a favourite movie? Music video? Book?
The choice is yours.
Points will be awarded for best design/creativity/participation, in addition to the most amount of food collected for Community Care of St. Catharines and Thorold. Don't let that rival department from across campus out-decorate you this year!
If your co-workers are unwilling to join you in the frivolity, we are offering a new "dress up" Friday option for individuals. Dress up in your best costume for a $2 donation to the United Way. The money can be dropped off at the Welcome Desk in the Schmon Tower.
The winning office will receive a prize.
