How assignments are made?
Students are placed with guests of the same gender. Other factors like how long you are staying, the program you are in and your age can also affect your rooming assignment. Learn more about coed special requests.
What to do if you want to live with some friends
- Decide on one person that is going to be the coordinator of your group reservation
- On your Online Reservation indicate the friends that you would like to stay with in your house. Each house has a maximum of 3 to 4 students per townhouse.
- Contact your friends and have them include you on their reservation request for housemates.
- Request Basic Accommodation only with no special unit or room requests.

When or how do I know?
We will follow-up with you once we have the reservations for all guests requested on your reservation request form. We will confirm directly after that if we have a house that will accommodate the guests you have requested. We do ask that one student in the group be the liaison for everyone if there are any questions.
