Withdrawing from Courses
BEFORE THE REGISTRATION CLOSE DATES, withdrawals must be done via the web at my.brocku.ca. This is not subject to any charges and the course will not appear on your transcript.

AFTER THE REGISTRATION CLOSE DATES, withdrawals must be done in writing via the Course Add/Withdrawal Form and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Withdrawals are subject to charges and will appear on the student’s official transcript. A credit will be calculated based on the date written notification of withdrawal was received as noted in the Withdrawal Credit Chart below. Schedule posted by the Finance and Administrative Services Department.
