Dr. Beh has recently completed her PhD in Food Microbiology in the University of New South Wales, Australia. During her stay at Brock, Dr. Beh will begin her Post-Doctoral Fellowhip, funded by NSERC Strategic Grant, to take a senior role in a research project to remove methoxyphyrazines from grape juice and/or wine using protein-based methods. This project is part of a larger collaborative program involving sensory, flavour and entomology researchers from the University of Guelph and Brock University.
