Mr. Dar is a PhD student at his home institution, Quaid-e-Azam. During his stay at Brock, he will be doing research collaboration with a faculty member, Dr Anco, in the areas of symmetries and conservation laws and computer algebra algorithms for different equations.

While at Brock, Dr. Sokolov will be leading one undergraduate course MATH4P14, as well as engaging in collabrative research to study generic solutions of the classification problem of three and higher dimensional integrable hydrodynamic-type systems, deformations of the systems in the class of integrable solitonic-type systems, and possible geometric and algebraic structures connected with the systems above.
